Following documents are required for U.G admission for session 2022 -23. Candidates are directed to come with originals and self-attested photocopy of the same. :
 


1. Admit card NEET (UG) 2022 examination issued by NTA.

2. Result/ Rank letter of NEET (UG) 2022 examination issued by NTA
.
3. Birth certificate.

4. Class 10thpassed certificate.

5. Class 10+ 2th passed certificates.

6. Class 10+ 2th mark sheet.

7. 4 (four) colored recent passport size photograph
.
8. Provisional allotment letter (AACCC/ MCC).

9. Proof of identity (Aadhar/PAN/Driving license/ EPIC) any two.

10. Medical fitness certificate as per prescribed format original.

11. School leaving/ TC/Migration certificate from competent authority.

12. Domicile certificate (From. A-1 or A-2 for state quota)

13. Cast certificate if applicable from competent authority

14. OBC certificate for NCL candidate from competent authority.

15. EWS certificate if applicable from competent authority.

16. GAP certificate (notarized on Rs. 10/- stamp paper)

17. PH or disability certificate if applicable from competent authority.

18. Anti-ragging declaration.

19. Self-declaration (provide by the college)..

Note :          

•  AFees at time of admission Rs. 8600/- By Cash only.[Tuition fees Rs.6600(Rs. 550×12 months)+     Admission fees Rs.1000+Caution money Rs. 1000]

•  Hostel facility as per availability of seat.

•  College will retain the original certificate of admitted students and release them only on up-gradation of the seat or     withdrawal /cancellation of the seat by the candidate.
